Migrate Cameras from `CLegacyBase` to `CCamerBase`

Once #590 merges, many cameras may not need to rely on CLegacyCameraBase, which is the normal CCameraBase with the addition of a default implementation of implementing sequences as a series of snaps. These should be migrated, or potentially migrated to COldAPICameraBase once #593 merges

I'll try to address this while merging #590 rather than leaving a reverted change for many cameras in the history.
