Feature: Data plotter

We have a request in https://support.microbit.org/a/tickets/50697 (private) for a data plotting tool, similar to the one offered in Mu. There are educational use cases in the ticket.

Possibly worth considering alongside #402

Note that data logging is also available in MicroPython for micro:bit V2 and there is guidance on using this in the Explore menu
