remove CN from FileVault escrow enable certificate

The FileVault cert is added to the OS trust store (because its installed with a Certificate profile payload). Let's remove the common name so that we don't create a potential security risk by inadvertently trusting something not intended. We can also explore setting key usage on the cert to restrict it being used for e.g.TLS.
