Add an annotation for method parameters to show they are to be persisted

Feature description

We should add a new annotation for parameters.

This should be transformed into a Store annotation (like our other annotations)

Should we only support a single argument being annotated?

What about:

void doSomething(
    @StoreParam(name = "customers") List<Customer> customers,
    @StoreParam(name = "people") Person person
) {
    ... modify the customers and the person ...
}

Os this something we want to support @sdelamo ?
