Repro Steps

1. Launch the Azure Tools Storage Explorer.
2. TAB till "Blob container" in tree view and press ENTER key to expand it.
3. TAB till any blob container and press ENTER key.
4. TAB tills View context dropdown
5. Observe that visual label is not there for "View context" dropdown.

Actual Experience

Visual label is not there for "View context" dropdown.

Expected Experience

Visual label should be there for "View context" dropdown.

User Impact:

User will not know the purpose of drop down because visual label is not there for "View context" dropdown.
