Seems there is some issues with the sample data, as I get this error when attempting to deploy using PackageDeployer.exe
Unable to parse timestamp '4/28/2020 9:31:14 AM' in data. Invalid format.
From looking at simlar cases it seems there may be an issue with the data definition xml in the source packages. However I cannot modify these I assume when using the automated tool

Thank you for your message. We note that this is problem is not present in the SPA installs from AppSource. However, you will run into this problem when picking up the managed packages from GitHub. Please note that as a part of the v2.4 release in the fall (date not determined) we plan to repackage data packages with an update and republish to GitHub which will remove this issue for those accessing data packages from GitHub.
In the meantime there are a few work arounds customers and partners can use.
Pick up the packages from Get It Now on the Nonprofit Accelerator AppSource listing.
Change the Windows Date, Time & regional formatting temporarily to allow the import to pass.
Change the datetime formatting on the timestamp formatting in the data file and re-zip the file. (Example 2020-04-28T12:03:47.0000000Z)
