Describe the bug
The current PowerStig XML schema file doesn't seem to account for some of the nodes in the current StigData files, which causes the XML validation to fail.

To Reproduce

  1. Open a StigData XML file.
  2. Perform XML validation using the schema file

Expected behavior
All StigData should be verifiable using the XSD schema.
