Summary of the new feature/enhancement

Rearranging virtual desktops is something people expect to be able to do and is possible on macOS and probably Linux DEs.

Note: task view was rewritten in v1803 of windows 10 and is a terrible experience. the old one was so fast and fluid while the new one is slow and janky.
