I am trying to annotate image and draw rectangles on images in ipad's browser vott app. But i'm unable to do that. Please help me

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to annotate screen on ipad
Click on Rectangle from the toolbar above
Try to draw rectangles on image
