Running DropTargetVerb.exe built with vs2022 on windows 11, nothing happens! #341

I did what messagebox said.

L"Installed DropTarget Verb Sample for .txt files\n\n"
L"right click on a .txt file and choose 'DropTarget Verb Sample' to see this in action",

nothing happens
