Internal build status?

I understand that Open sourcing WinUI 3 has been challenging due to many private api calls etc.

However, this repo just seems dead a lot of the times. I'm sure there's a lot of internal work being done on the internal repository, so something signalling (maybe the latest commit?) this repository of ongoing development would come a long way already.

It would at least provide the community some clear idea of what is being worked on, and that work is being done to newcomers.
