It appears there is an incomplete attempt to port it to .NET Core but that won't work ([interactive isn't supported yet on .NET core)[https://github.com/AzureAD/azure-activedirectory-library-for-dotnet/issues/879].
To get it to work I needed to:
netcoreapp2.0
Microsoft.VisualStudio.Services.InteractiveClient
PlatformParameters
https
(The last point took a while to find: getting unauthorised responses after authorising isn't the greatest diagnostic.)
Sample code really should be ready to run!

Still not working, get Unauthorized status code. "message":"TF400813: The user '' is not authorized to access this resource."
I am getting a StatusCode of NotFound on this sample project. The DeviceProfileSample works correctly, so I know Azure is set up correctly.
