Add "Keep on Top(Alt+Up)" to Settings, to reapply on next startup

Problem Statement

The Feature "Keep on Top" is great, but it is very tedious, to click the corresponding Button every time opening the Calculator App, so it does not make sens to use it.

Evidence or User Insights

The act of clicking the Button every time is more work, than just tabbing in the Caculator, every time you need it.

Proposal

By adding a toggle for "Kepp on Top" in the calculator settings, this problem would be fixed.

Goals

This would make the "Keep on Top" to a great and very useful feature.

Low-Fidelity Concept

just add a classic toggle in the alredy existing setting in the calculator, wich permanently enables/disables the "Keep on Top" feature, even after closing the App or a full system restart.

Requested Assignment

I'm just suggesting this idea. I don't want to implement it.
