For local development and testing, instead of
localhostwe sometimes use thetunnels.local.api.visualstudio.comhostname (which still resolves to 127.0.0.1). Local development simulates multiple clusters via multiple ports instead of a hostname prefix, and the same should work for the alternative hostname.
