Allow i18n for command title & settings

Hi!
I'm wondering if there's any chance to add i18n capabilities for the command title & settings description. I was able to programmatically customize other parts (like code lenses or custom UI messages). Looked into command docs, but since we define commands & settings in package.json it's hard to find an interceptor or any kind of customize point.
