Describe the bug

I cannot open Microsoft to do the app.
I reinstalled it, but it did not help.
I got the below message in Event Viewer:

This is an issue using UWP XAML. There is insufficient info to go on here and this could be an app issue. Please report this issue on Feedback Hub.
