Add tests for bpf_prog_test_run (i.e context_create/delete)

Describe the bug

Both the ntosext and neteventext both support context_create/context_delete functions. However, there are no unit tests in this repo that invoke them.

We should add tests for both of these ensuring that the context_create/delete functions are properly implemented and there are no bugs in them, so that other codebases consuming the extension can invoke bpf_prog_test_run_opts with confidence that the extension code is correct and valid.
