🚀 Feature Request

Description: I would like to request a feature to integrate the Playwright Inspector's "Recording a test" and "Generating locators" functionalities into the Playwright C# API. Currently, I couldn't find any related functionality in the documentation to achieve this.

These features would greatly improve the developer experience by enabling programmatic access to test recording and locator generation directly within C# code.

Use case: As a C# developer using Playwright, having the ability to programmatically use the "Recording a test" and "Generating locators" features would streamline the process of creating and maintaining automated tests, making it easier to integrate Playwright’s testing and UI interaction features into existing workflows.

Motivation

I want to integrate AI into my workflow to automatically generate locators and tests, which would significantly speed up the development process and reduce manual effort. Having programmatic access to these Playwright features would make it easier to automate this process and build more intelligent, responsive test automation frameworks.
