Flow Session, Flow Machine and Flow Machine Group tables are empty in COE Main

Describe the issue

Hi Team,

We have setup the satellite and main solutions. The Flow session, Flow Machine and Flow Machine Group tables are empty in the main solution but they have values in the satellite solution. I have verified all the flows in satellite solution that perform sync between environments and couldn't find cloud flow to sync the above mentioned tables.

Could you please help me on what am I missing?
