Having a valid number hard-coded as the default can be misleading. We may want to revisit if we want to assign a value that clearly indicates the original score does not exist and double check the default values for all the pre-defined recognizers.

For some pre-defined recognizers, a default value (e.g., 0.85) is assigned for the NER score when the score is not provided.
