Describe the bug
Tutorial section is missing when change language to Spanish(Spain) and Spanish(Mexico).

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to Microsoft MakeCode Arcade
2.Click Settings button and select Language
3.Click Spanish(Spain) and Spanish(Mexico)
4.Move to Tutorial section and observe it.

Actual behavior
Tutorial section is missing when change language to Spanish(Spain) and Spanish(Mexico) under settings.

Expect behavior
All section should be available when switch language.

I have verified this issue, it has been Fixed in the latest beta build 2.0.14
