I think we should probably fix #5605 before enabling validation on any tutorials.

We're going to watch data on Time Flies and Catch the Clovers before we roll this out more widely.

Before using this update, we should add highlights to step 15 & 16.

I am ok not highlighting steps 15 & 6 for this. It is working well even if it doesn't show the validation for every step. If there are no other concerns, I would like to merge this after the #5605 is fixed and released.

Please hold. We'll release more widely once we know it's working well with our two test tutorials.
