Describe the bug
[iPad] Teacher Tools: Cannot show complete bottom content on iPad

Steps to reproduce the behavior
1.Navigate to MakeCode Teacher Tool (microbit.org)
2.Open or create a new checklist.
3.Click 'Add Criteria', scroll down the Criteria dialog and observe.
4.Add some criteria, scroll down the Checklist and observe.

Actual behavior:
Cannot see the complete sentence of the criteria, cannot click the 'Add Criteria' in checklist.

Expected behavior:
Can show complete page on iPad
