Description of the new feature

Instead of just notifying users that "an update is available," it would be greatly beneficial to have an option to download and install the update directly within the Terminal. This would streamline the update process and save time for users, particularly those with slower network connections. As it stands, when an update is available, it can cause Windows Terminal to take a considerably long time to launch, which impacts productivity. Providing an in-app update feature would be a valuable improvement for users.
