Search is incredibly slow (increasingly maybe?)

vcpkg search is taking almost 2 minutes to complete each time. I tried disabling windows firewall and there was no change.

Environment
windows 11 latest

To Reproduce
vcpkg search package_name
....wait...and wait....

Expected behavior
results within a few seconds

Failure logs
are there logs to check for this?

@jonolds You can try to search for more precise keywords. The search function of vcpkg will display all the information about your search (including dependencies and features).
