Like many others, I'm running into issues creating devices using this extension. The UI looks like this

Made some progress today. If I do the following it works:

Run fiddler with:
- Decrypt HTTPS traffic
- Ignore server certificate errors (unsafe)

Perhaps I'm now able to give you additional feedback that might help.

Are you behind a proxy that could be causing this connectivity issue?
