Add profiles in VS Code

I hope this message finds you well. I have a suggestion that I believe could greatly enhance the user experience in Visual Studio Code.

After discussing with several specialists, a common request emerged: the need for a more tailored environment for each programming language without relying heavily on multiple extensions. To address this, our proposal includes:

• The ability to install multiple instances of VS Code on a single PC, each configured for specific languages or use cases.
  

• Support for extension and settings profiles that users can create, switch between, or share easily.
  

We believe these features would streamline workflows and make VS Code even more versatile for diverse development needs.
