Winfile repo is sun-setting

The most recent README states, that this Winfile repo will be archived by March 1, 2025

I would like to encourage you to move on to my winfile - fork under https://github.com/schinagl/winfile which

• is in sync with this environment
• contains a few more nice features like UNC path support

I contributed many of the December 2022: Cumulative Release commits, e.g. the whole hardlink/symlink support. I kept on maintaining/developing Winfile on my private fork after that, so I am not a newbie to this project.
