RPC functions don't exist

create_team_v2 (onboarding flow), get_invoice_summary and get_payment_score (/invoices) are Supabase RPCs that are being called, but they never get created in the provided migrations, so I don't have them and can't run them. I've figured out how to get create_team_v2 to work by just changing create_team to take a currency argument, but for the other two it's impossible for me to guess.
