Allow to change the symbols for multiple lines at once

+1 for this! This would be super useful when migrating the last day's tasks and bulk-removing the task symbols.

Another convenience command I would love to see would be having this behavior scoped to the entire active editor, though at this point you could just select all > change multiple symbols. It just shaves off a few extra keystrokes from the workflow 😄

About the second part of your comment, do you mean something like a command to update symbols for all entries that contain a particular symbol? I think that could be quite handy indeed.

I was thinking more in the following workflow:

1. I've migrated everything from last day's journal, and removed the ones that I've completed.
2. Now I only have task items left that I want to flip to Open, but are right now in various other symbols. A single command that would flip everything to Open would save a few keystrokes.
