Going up multiple frames on pressing the volume up button.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open any webtoon and set the reader mode to webtoon.
2. Use volume controls to navigate.
3. Press the up button just below the edge of a page.

Expected behavior

It goes up one frame .

Actual behavior

It goes up multiple frames.

This issue is pretty old but it still happens maybe not as much but that might just be due to change of device.
