Add ruleset for CakePHP

It should be nice if you can add the ruleset for CakePHP (version 1.x) : https://github.com/cakephp/cakephp-codesniffer/tree/1.x
But the better option is you should do a system that we can add our custom ruleset dynamically without opening an issue. 😛

Just to let you know - I've been working on adding the CakePHP ruleset but having a hard time getting them to work correctly. I hope to solve it but no time frame...
