Export from Transmission to rTorrent

If a decoder for rTorrent and an encoder for Transmission are implemented, I think it would be easy to make the process go in reverse direction. Please implement export from transmission and import to rTorrent.

This should be quite easy, yes. I'm not sure when I'll have time for this though, so if you're willing to make a PR that would be great. I certainly imagined this tool as being able to migrate from any client to any other client.

Any news on this? I desperately want to migrate off Transmission, but moving over two thousand torrents manually sounds hellish.

@soup6020 I've recently discovered that Transmission stores original torrent files somewhere in its data directory - that's how I exported them for myself.
