Naming LICENSE file for Lab

Hi Mike,

In the lab instructions, you asked us to create a file called LICENSE, which contains the open source permission. However, for GNU General Public License, they said to create a file called COPYING. Does it matter if my file is called LICENSE or COPYING?

Either filename is fine. LICENSE has become more standard than COPYING, so you will usually see people use that name now.
