Make it easier to delete irrelevant examples

At the moment, simply deleting one of the example algorithms might break the project because of imports and dependencies.

It should be possible to just delete one of the algorithm folders manually (or with a helper init script or CLI tool) and also have the dependencies removed somehow (dependency groups per-example?)
