Consider adding "scroll into view" when you click back or next on Stepper component #220

The component Stepper should possibly scroll the browser window and focus the active element on stepper click. I.e, when the user clicks "Next" or "Back".

Fyller inn idè fra møte:
Kanskje stepper kan ha noe sånn "onNextStep" prop som kan kontrolleres av brukeren av kompoenten, heller en at komponenten definerer logikk selv.
