Attempting a brand new deployment fails because AWS requires buckets to have their ACLs enabled explicitly. This causes a failure of the statics_deploy.aws_s3_bucket_acl.static_upload and statics_deploy.aws_s3_bucket_acl.static_deploy resources.

Any fix for those of us trying to deploy the first time?

Nvm, I updated my main.tf with the changes in your PR and explicitly specified the S3 bucket
