I had error while running your example with your implementation of ncs. Error:

github.com/milosgajdos/ncs/fifo.go:367:33: cannot use _Ciconst_sizeof_char * _Ctype_ulong(elemSize.(uint)) (type _Ctype_ulong) as type _Ctype_uint in argument to _Cfunc__CMalloc
