Not sure myself why the may pull requests got cued. Is it lack of OC manpower and the need to have at least multiple review from repository owners? If that is the case, I would propose appointing me and others who are willing as additional reviewers. That can be done without changing repository owners. Those left with admin powers can do a final check and do the merging. I think that would be an improvement from the current situation where any proposed changes are ignored for months if not years. #82
