Improve print preview #81

The print preview is a bit messy, through a combination of (well meaning but irrelevant to use) Design System settings, and some personal styling choices.

We should make a few changes to tidy it up:

  • Hide user login info
  • Hide the phase/internal banner
  • Move the columns to be vertical
  • Try to add the border styles back to the timeline
  • Maybe remove the inline links?
