Users can supply non word documents for the order (jpg, pdf, tiff) but they should only do this if the word document cannot be found.
We would like to monitor counts of which document types are being provided to ensure they are not continuing to scan orders when they don't need to.
Can we do this automatically from the file extension stored in the db or would it be easier to have a flag.
