Direct 'All organisations' menu item to 'My organisations' page

Organisatios like Z-cert have a lot of organisations in their OpenKAT install leading to an uncomfortable organisation dropdown at the top left of the screen. Partly, this will be solved by the scrollable dropdown with search bar (which was implemented by @underdarknl right?).

Additionally, we can direct the menu item 'All organisations' at the top of the dropdown to the page 'My organisations' which gives details about the organisations. Users can still reach the all organisations dashboard in one click by clicking the OpenKAT logo on the top left.
