Update U-Boot

u-boot-coral is from 2019. There is upstream support https://github.com/u-boot/u-boot/tree/master/board/google/imx8mq_phanbell.

@embetrix tried this and run in to issues,

u-boot-imx 2023.04 is not booting up (clock problem and hangs in SPL), probably u-boot mainline does'nt work neither

Mainline works for me but it does not look like it is running the ddr training.

Never mind. I confirmed the training is happening, it just does not show the messages. I compiled uboot directly by following the instructions in board/google/imx8mq-phanbell/

I can confirm none of the imx-uboots I tried worked.
