Port Tests to MSTest V2

So - I was thinking of moving away from NUnit to xUnit anyway - because I like the structure of it.

However, in refreshing my view of the landscape - I came across a nice-looking performance chart of xUnit/NUnit/MSTest V2. Frankly, I was impressed by the difference in performance of MSTest V2 - this made me want to look deeper at the API changes (which I've not seen yet).

I have to say, it's looking pretty good. Here's another good series of blog posts.

So - let's spike it out and see if we can make the tests nicer 😍
