is CoPilot using vue-cli 3 or vue-webpack-boilerplate

From the docs at https://github.com/misterGF/CoPilot#build-setup, it seems like it's using the deprecated vue-webpack-boilerplate, if that is the case, is there any migration to vue-cli 3 planned in the near future?

Good question. The quick answer is potentially.

Vue-cli 3 brings a lot of new tools that I need to better understand and see how it could benefit this project. It will require some time to investigate.

The CLI helps you scaffold your project but in this case the project is already created for you. What I suggest in the mean time is that you inspect the package.json and keep up with the vue-* versions to keep your project up to date.
