Some improvements I can think of now

• Single asset pools like on SolarBeam (farm page)
• Static APR calculator similar to SolarBeam (farm page)
• Interactive APR calculator similar to PancakeSwap (farm page)
• TVL and Token Pair info texts overlap on mobile (farm page) feat(ui): adjust farm list appearance on mobile #36
