This is a resubmission. In this version I have:

  • Added links to the websites described in the Description text: https://www.rba.gov.au/ and https://www.rba.gov.au/.

  • Replaced all instances of \dontrun{} with \donttest{} in Rd-files.

  • Removed examples for all unexported functions.
