Display better info when no markets match criteria

I was looking into an error, but the root cause was the fact that there were no markets for the corresponding underly asset + quote asset that had been selected. Once I changed the quote asset to SOL (from USDC) then the markets showed up and there was no error.

I simple prompt for no markets exist with this combination of expiration date, underlying asset, and quote asset might be very helpful
