Sentry says we should update it:

We recommend you update your SDK from [email protected] to [email protected] (All sentry packages should be updated and their versions should match)

May want to do this before #1036

I am going to set this aside... Sentry v7 does not support IE11, and I don't think there's a compelling reason to update at the moment other than to silence that notification on the sentry dashboard.
