Remove cover images and thumbnails from the resource search

The ocw resource search has cover images and thumbnails show up as resources. For example:

Cover images and thumbnails should continue to be used as part of the course search. For example searching for "Martin Luther King" should continue to bring up the American Classics course but they should not show up as resources in the resource search
